How to keep myself fit

        Though I usually keep myself fit sometimes I can’t get to sleep. My recipe for my good health is “to eat breakfast everyday”. To eat breakfast makes me awake. It was hard for me to eat it but I can eat properly now. I think that continuity is the faster of success. Another recipe is “to have a long bath”. I sink into a hot bath and I ease the stiffness with a massage. In that way, I can relieve my fatigue and I feel refreshed very much. So I want you to try it. I want to be a healthy body with you.
